Bondi beach by Emma

Yesterday we went to Bondi beach.
We had heard that Bondi was a posing beach, but we didn't see much of that, just people playing in the sea and sunbathing like any beach. There were lots of surfers, but because the waves were best at a certain patch, they were all close together, and kept bashing into each other and falling off their boards. We then went for a walk along the coast where we saw some usual rocks. My mum lifted me up and I could squeeze right inside.
I spotted a shiny lizard on a rock.
We carried on walking round to a beach called Bronte beach. There was a huge rock pool with millions and millions of crabs. I caught a crab, but he nipped me so I let go quickly. I also saw star fish and two huge sea snails. There were some fish as well, but I couldn't catch them as I only had my hands for catching, and they were too quick.
The walk carried on round the coast, but it was so hot and humid that we didn't go any further. The beaches near Sydney are nice, however I thought the beaches on the Sunshine Coast were better.
